The Stapleton Team made my entire mortgage process painless! I never thought it would be so easy, but they guided me through it and were in constant communication. Because they always kept in touch with me, I felt confident they were taking care of me, and I was comfortable asking questions along the way.

 

Was there anything we could have done to improve the overall experience for you?

No! You guys did an amazing job setting expectations right from the beginning about how the process would go, and that it would be a lot of passing of paperwork. I think setting the stage like that is so important and it is awesome that you do that!

Answer: Steve met with us outside of the office on our timeline which was great. He explained everything we had questions about and gave us all the different options available to us. We had a very short timeline to get everything done and we closed in only 28 days. With any house buying, you have to provide a ton of documents, but Steve and his team stayed on top of it and helped make sure we had everything we needed.

We've dreamt of buying a home for several years now & Team Stapleton has been by our side the entire way. Before we were ready, Steve was there to analyze our financials and guide us towards readiness. And now, in 2016, Steve, Amanda and their wonderful team have helped our family get into our very first home! From day 1, they were so helpful and responsive.  Answer: Steve was great. Didn't know him or his company prior to starting the mortgage process. Reached out to multiple brokers with my situation and said run the numbers. Steve came back with the best rates even vs big online brokers. Decided to change the structure of my loan... Told all brokers to use the new structure... Steve was the ONLY one that could make it work. Quick response rate. Very informative. Sends you little videos throughout the process that are easy to understand. Great rates. What more could you want? I will definitely be sending more business your way and hopefully I will be buying more properties in the future. You've got my business!

Steve, his wife Amanda, Angela, and their entire team are absolutely fantastic! Their overall service is second to none and they all work really hard to help you achieve your goal, which is closing on a home... And not just closing on a home, but closing on a home on time! The folks at Team Stapleton are all very friendly, they explain everything in laymen's terms to ensure that you understand everything related to the mortgage and the overall mortgage process, and their tools to help you get them what they require are all very modern. Your Floify site (used to upload the necessary documents) is really efficient and your videos were a nice touch as well. Team Stapleton absolutely has our endorsement and we will recommend them to everyone we know who might be seeking a mortgage. When we think of professionalism, we think of Team Stapleton.

 

Was there anything we could have done to improve the overall experience for you?

Perhaps you could provide us with a free mortgage? Or maybe next time you could send over a personal valet to put together and obtain all of the necessary documents & paperwork on our behalf??? Just kidding!!! We cannot think of anything. You all answered every single question that we had, big or small. Your service was amazing and you all helped bring us to closing. What more could we ask for? The overall process ran far smoother than we could have hoped and your company is tech savvy as well which is near and dear to my heart. Thank you all for everything!

Thank you all so much for all your help through the process of getting our mortgage. Cannot tell you how much we appreciated your quick response in any questions we had. It was a little more difficult without a real estate agent but we ended up with knowing the owner and becoming friends. Most of all the team at VanDyk went above our expectations with your quick response on any questions we had. We absolutely love the house and the St Pete/Tampa/Sarasota area.

My husband and I suffered quite a bit of heartbreak during our home buying process with a different bank. We found Frank Jackson as a result of selling our home, the buyer was using VanDyk Mortgage and we were so impressed with their process which included weekly updates and great communication.

 

We were told by our bank that they couldn't assist us with our home purchase after we had a tough home inspection, rescinded our offer and then our credit score dipped so I reached out to Frank to see if he could help and the immediate answer was yes. He said it wouldn't happen overnight but he would work hard to get us approved and help us fix the issues keeping us from owning a home.

 

While it wasn't overnight, it sure did seem that way because it was less than 2 months from the first call to Frank to the time we closed on our dream home. Words cannot express how grateful I am to him and his team for all the work and assistance they gave us t o getting us across the finish line.
